						<section><p>If any <span class="dictionary">pilot</span> is permitted to go on <span class="dictionary">board</span> a vessel without being informed of a contagious or infectious disease on <span class="dictionary">board</span>, and is obligated to remain on <span class="dictionary">board</span>, or perform quarantine in consequence thereof he shall be paid for each day&#x2019;s detention in accordance with the rate prescribed for a day&#x2019;s detention by the State Corporation Commission.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 54-565; 1988, c. 765.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
