						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> may disseminate such information regarding <span class="dictionary">drugs</span>, <span class="dictionary">devices</span>, and cosmetics as the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> deems necessary in the interest of public health and the protection of the consumer against <span class="dictionary">fraud</span>.
