						<section><p>If ten percent of the sales price of a <span class="dictionary">grave</span> or above-ground crypt or niche has been deposited in a <span class="dictionary">perpetual care trust fund</span>, no deposit shall be required on subsequent sales of the same <span class="dictionary">grave</span>, crypt or niche.</p></section></text><history>1998, cc. 708, 721.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
