						<section><p>In addition to all other authority to <span class="dictionary">issue</span> <span class="dictionary">subpoenas</span>, the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> or its designees shall have the authority to <span class="dictionary">subpoena</span> the records of any bank, savings institution, or credit union relating to <span class="dictionary">real estate</span> <span class="dictionary">appraisals</span>.</p></section></text><history>1990, c. 459.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
