						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall offer to test each inmate, who does not have a record of a positive test result, for infection with human immunodeficiency virus within 60 days of the scheduled discharge of the inmate from a <span class="dictionary">state correctional facility</span>. Prior to administering a test for human immunodeficiency virus, the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall inform, or cause to be informed, the inmate to be tested of the purpose of the test.
