						<section><p>When any parolee is returned to any facility in accordance with the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Arrest and return of parolee; warrant; release pending adjudication of violation" href="/53.1-161/">53.1-161</a>, he shall be held in accordance with rules of the <span class="dictionary">Director</span> and subject to further action of the <span class="dictionary">Board</span>.
