						<section id="B"><p><span class="prefix-number">B.</span> Except as provided in this chapter, a <span class="dictionary">general partner</span> of a <span class="dictionary">limited partnership</span> has the liabilities of a partner in a partnership without <span class="dictionary">limited partners</span> to <span class="dictionary">persons</span> other than the partnership and the other partners.
