						<section id="a"><p><span class="prefix-number">a.</span> Any public use privately owned <span class="dictionary">airport</span> in this Commonwealth, or any improvements made thereto, which is open to the public at no charge and which has been licensed by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> is hereby declared to be a work of internal improvement. <a id="paragraph-1365109" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/5.1-9.1/#a"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
