						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">person</span> desiring to erect or cause to be erected any such structure shall make application to the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> for the issuance of a permit for such erection. Such application shall be forwarded immediately to the <span class="dictionary">Board</span>. The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall undertake an appropriate review of such application and submit its contents in writing to the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> as expeditiously as possible. The <span class="dictionary">Board</span>, after such notice to the public as it deems necessary, shall hold a public <span class="dictionary">hearing</span> not less than thirty days after the giving of such notice at which all interested parties shall be admitted to attend and state any objection which they may have to the erection of such structure.</p></section></text><history>1968, c. 744; 1979, c. 272.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
