						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> may seek to enjoin any act in violation of any provision of this title, or of any rule or regulation promulgated under any provision of this title, by application for injunctive relief to the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> of the <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> where the violation occurs, which shall give priority on its <span class="dictionary">docket</span> to suits brought by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>.</p></section></text><history>1979, c. 272.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
