						<section><p><span class="dictionary">Sight-seeing carriers</span> by boat, special or charter <span class="dictionary">party</span> carriers by boat and <span class="dictionary">motor carriers</span> by launch shall keep in force at all times marine protection and indemnity insurance in an amount not less than $500,000 for bodily injury and property damage.</p></section></text><history>2001, c. 596; 2002, c. 861.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
