						<section><p>There is established in the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> a Division of Geology and Mineral Resources. The <span class="dictionary">Director</span> shall appoint a geologist of established reputation as the Commissioner of Mineral Resources and <span class="dictionary">State Geologist</span> to serve as <span class="dictionary">chief</span> executive and head officer of the Division.
