						<section><p>As used in this chapter, unless the context requires a different meaning:</p><p>&#x201C;<span class="dictionary">Department</span>&#x201D; means the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> of Emergency Management.</p><p>&#x201C;<span class="dictionary">Nuclear power station</span>&#x201D; means a facility producing electricity through the utilization of nuclear energy for sale to the public which is required to be licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and includes all units of the facility at a single site.</p><p>&#x201C;<span class="dictionary">Person</span>&#x201D; means any individual, corporation, partnership, firm, association, trust, estate, public or private institution, group, agency, political subdivision or agency thereof, and any legal successor, representative, agent or agency of the foregoing.</p></section></text><history>1982, c. 222; 2000, c. 309.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
