						<section><p>In any <span class="dictionary">prosecution</span> for violations of this subtitle, where a <span class="dictionary">sealed</span> <span class="dictionary">container</span> is labeled as containing an alcoholic beverage as defined herein, such labeling shall be prima facie <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> of the alcoholic content of the <span class="dictionary">container</span>. Nothing shall preclude the introduction of other relevant <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> to establish the alcoholic content of a <span class="dictionary">container</span>, whether <span class="dictionary">sealed</span> or not.</p></section></text><history>1962, c. 616, &#xA7; 4-90.1; 1993, cc. 169, 866; 1997, c. 418.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
