						<section><p>No policy shall contain any provision purporting to make any portion of the charter, bylaws or other organic <span class="dictionary">law</span> of the <span class="dictionary">insurer</span>, however designated, a part of the <span class="dictionary">contract</span> unless that portion is set out in full in the policy.
