						<section><p>Whenever the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> revokes, suspends or otherwise terminates the license of any property and casualty agent who is also a licensed <span class="dictionary">surety</span> <span class="dictionary">bail</span> bondsman, it shall immediately give notice of the <span class="dictionary">revocation</span>, suspension or termination to the Department of Criminal Justice Services.</p></section></text><history>2004, c. 460.</history><metadata><court_decisions></court_decisions></metadata></law>
