						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">person</span> may submit a complaint of one or more <span class="dictionary">issues</span> of noncompliance by an <span class="dictionary">insurer</span> with any <span class="dictionary">insurance</span> <span class="dictionary">law</span>, <span class="dictionary">insurance</span> regulation, or <span class="dictionary">order</span> of the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> on behalf of a health care provider. The complainant shall provide detailed information supporting the <span class="dictionary">allegation</span> of noncompliance. The <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> shall investigate complaints alleging violations of <span class="dictionary">insurance</span> <span class="dictionary">laws</span>, regulations, and <span class="dictionary">orders</span> of the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> and notify the complainants of the outcomes. The <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> shall have no <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> to <span class="dictionary">adjudicate</span> (i) individual controversies or (ii) as between two contracting parties, matters of contractual dispute unrelated to <span class="dictionary">insurance</span> <span class="dictionary">laws</span>, regulations, or <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> <span class="dictionary">orders</span>.</p></section></text><history>2022, c. 164.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
