						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">rate service organization</span> subject to this chapter for the classes of <span class="dictionary">insurance</span> for which it files <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">rates</span></span> may provide for the examination of policies, daily reports, binders, renewal certificates, endorsements or other <span class="dictionary">evidences</span> of <span class="dictionary">insurance</span>, or <span class="dictionary">evidences</span> of the cancellation of <span class="dictionary">insurance</span>, and may make reasonable rules governing their submission and the correction of any errors or omissions in them.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7;&#xA7; 38-205, 38-253.15, 38-253.60; 1952, c. 317, &#xA7; 38.1-271; 1986, c. 562.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
