						<section><p>In <span class="dictionary">order</span> to assist in the performance of its duties, the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> may <span class="dictionary">contract</span> with nongovernmental entities, including the <span class="dictionary">NAIC</span> or any affiliates or subsidiaries that the <span class="dictionary">NAIC</span> oversees, to perform any ministerial functions, including licensing examination administration, the collection of fees related to producer licensing and appointments, and such other functions as the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> may deem appropriate.</p></section></text><history>2001, c. 706.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
