						<section><p>Each <span class="dictionary">receiver</span> appointed in <span class="dictionary">delinquency proceedings</span> shall file with the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> annually a report of the affairs of the <span class="dictionary">insurer</span> in the form prescribed by the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span>. Each <span class="dictionary">receiver</span> shall file with the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> copies of all reports, <span class="dictionary">petitions</span>, <span class="dictionary">court orders</span>, and other pertinent papers dealing with the <span class="dictionary">delinquency proceeding</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 38-142; 1952, c. 317, &#xA7; 38.1-140; 1986, c. 562.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
