						<section><p>The director of a <span class="dictionary">state</span> <span class="dictionary">facility</span> shall conduct a review of the progress of each person admitted to the <span class="dictionary">facility</span> at intervals of 30, 60, and 90 days after admission of the person, and every six months thereafter to determine whether the person should be retained at the <span class="dictionary">state</span> <span class="dictionary">facility</span>.
