						<section><p>It shall be an unlawful discriminatory housing practice for any <span class="dictionary">person</span> to coerce, intimidate, threaten, or interfere with any <span class="dictionary">person</span> in the exercise or enjoyment of, or on account of his having exercised or enjoyed, or on the account of his having aided or encouraged any other <span class="dictionary">person</span> in the exercise or enjoyment of, any right granted or protected by this chapter.</p></section></text><history>1972, c. 591, &#xA7; 36-93; 1973, c. 358; 1991, c. 557.</history><metadata><court_decisions><item key="0"><name>Matarese v.
