						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall not, as a result of inactivity on the part of the holder of any electronic toll collection device for a time period of less than one year, (i) charge <span class="dictionary">maintenance</span> fees for electronic toll collection devices or (ii) require users to exchange their electronic toll collection device for a different type.</p></section></text><history>2018, c. 629.</history><metadata><court_decisions><item key="0"><name> .&#x202F;.&#x202F;.
