						<section><p>To the extent not otherwise prohibited by <span class="dictionary">law</span>, the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner of Highways</span> may sell or otherwise dispose of any improvements on lands acquired for <span class="dictionary">highway construction</span> projects or lease such land and improvements until such time as the land is needed for immediate <span class="dictionary">highway construction</span> purposes.
