						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Attorney General</span> shall represent the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> and <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> in all actions and proceedings for the enforcement of regulations or <span class="dictionary">orders</span> of the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> or <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> or the provisions of this title except actions or proceedings to which the Commonwealth or any of its agencies or institutions is a <span class="dictionary">party</span> <span class="dictionary">defendant</span>. Upon approval by the Governor, the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> is authorized to employ special <span class="dictionary">counsel</span> in such actions or proceedings.</p></section></text><history>1979, c. 711.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
