						<section><p>It shall be the duty of any <span class="dictionary">person</span> to furnish such information as he may possess regarding any birth, death, <span class="dictionary">fetal death</span>, marriage or divorce, upon demand of the State Registrar in <span class="dictionary">person</span>, by mail, or through the county, city, or special registrar.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 32-353.30; 1960, c. 451; 1979, c. 711.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
