						<section><p>For the purpose of carrying out its duties under this chapter and notwithstanding any contrary provision of <span class="dictionary">law</span>, the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission shall have access to the records and facilities of every <span class="dictionary">agency</span> whose operations are financed in whole or in part by state funds to the extent that such records and facilities are related to the expenditure of such funds. All such agencies shall cooperate with the Commission and, when requested, shall provide specific information in the form requested.</p></section></text><history>1978, c. 388.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
