						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">prosecution</span> for a violation of this chapter shall be brought in the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> of the <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> in which the <span class="dictionary">legislator</span> resides, or the <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> in which he resided at the time of the alleged violation if he is no longer a resident of the Commonwealth.</p></section></text><history>1987, Sp.
