						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span>, with the approval of the <span class="dictionary">Board</span>, may adopt regulations reasonably necessary to carry out the <span class="dictionary">intent</span> and purposes of this chapter and that facilitate the tracing and identification of cattle and afford protection against stealing and unlawful dealing in cattle.</p></section></text><history>1974, c. 642, &#xA7; 3.1-796.36; 2008, c. 860.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
