						<section><p>Upon <span class="dictionary">petition</span> by the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span>, the <span class="dictionary">Board</span>, or the <span class="dictionary">State Veterinarian</span>, a <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> <span class="dictionary">judge</span> may <span class="dictionary">issue</span> <span class="dictionary">orders</span> as are necessary to enforce the <span class="dictionary">orders</span> of the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span>, the <span class="dictionary">Board</span>, or <span class="dictionary">State Veterinarian</span>.</p></section></text><history>1977, c. 395, &#xA7; 3.1-738.1; 2008, c. 860.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
