						<section><p>Civil suits and criminal <span class="dictionary">prosecutions</span> arising by virtue of any provision of this article may be commenced and tried in: (i) the city or county where the products were received by the <span class="dictionary">commission merchant</span>; (ii) the city or county where the principal place of business of the <span class="dictionary">commission merchant</span> is located within the Commonwealth; or (iii) the city or county where the violation occurred.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 3-562; 1966, c. 702, &#xA7; 3.1-720; 2008, c. 860.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
