						<section><p>Each <span class="dictionary">licensee</span> shall renew his license. The renewal license shall expire one year from the date of expiration of the old license. The renewal application shall be accompanied by <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> of payment of the renewal premium continuing the <span class="dictionary">bond</span> in full force and effect, and the payment of a fee of $10 on or before the first day of January following the date of expiration of the previous license.
