						<section><p>As used in this article, unless the context requires a different meaning:</p><p>&#x201C;<span class="dictionary">Container</span>&#x201D; means any closed package of any description that is used to contain apples and includes boxes, baskets, and bags of any size or <span class="dictionary">material</span>.</p><p>&#x201C;<span class="dictionary">Packer</span>&#x201D; means any person who first packs apples in a <span class="dictionary">container</span> for shipment or sale.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 3-512.1; 1954, c. 697; 1966, c. 702, &#xA7; 3.1-611; 1999, c. 793; 2008, c. 860.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
