						<section><p>No person shall be convicted under the provisions of this article if:</p></section>
						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> The person is not a <span class="dictionary">party</span> to the packing, grading, or marking of such product; or <a id="paragraph-1331429" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/3.2-4311/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
