						<section><p>It is unlawful to use:</p></section>
						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> Any grade, trademark, brand, or other markings established and adopted by the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> on or in connection with marking any agricultural product that is not in accordance with regulations established and adopted by the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span>. <a id="paragraph-1331424" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/3.2-4308/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
