						<section><p>The Certified Seed <span class="dictionary">Board</span> may adopt regulations after a public <span class="dictionary">hearing</span> and investigation. At least 15 days prior to the public <span class="dictionary">hearing</span>, the Certified Seed <span class="dictionary">Board</span> shall publish a notice of the general <span class="dictionary">object</span>, time, and place in a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Richmond, together with any other dissemination of notice as is deemed advisable.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 3-224; 1966, c. 702, &#xA7; 3.1-280; 2008, c. 860.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
