						<section><p>If any person violates any provision of this chapter or the regulations adopted under this chapter, then either the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> or the State Health <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> may <span class="dictionary">petition</span> any appropriate <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> for relief by <span class="dictionary">injunction</span>, without being compelled to allege or prove that an adequate remedy at <span class="dictionary">law</span> does not exist.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 3-379; 1966, c. 702, &#xA7; 3.1-458; 2008, c. 860.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
