						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> employee designated for the purpose, shall have access to, and may enter at all reasonable hours, all places where <span class="dictionary">milk</span> is stored, bottled, or manufactured into food products and any designated employee shall have the power to inspect <span class="dictionary">books and records</span> in any place within the Commonwealth for the purpose of ascertaining <span class="dictionary">facts</span> to enable the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> to administer this chapter. All information ascertained shall be confidential, unless the parties concerned agree to its being given out.
