						<section><p>It shall be unlawful for any <span class="dictionary">watercraft dealer</span> or <span class="dictionary">salesman</span> licensed under the provisions of this chapter, directly or indirectly, to solicit the sale of a watercraft through a pecuniarily interested <span class="dictionary">person</span>. It shall be unlawful for such dealer or <span class="dictionary">salesman</span> to pay, or cause to be paid, any commission or compensation in any form whatsoever to any <span class="dictionary">person</span> in connection with the sale of a watercraft, unless such <span class="dictionary">person</span> is duly licensed as a <span class="dictionary">salesman</span> in the employ of such dealer.</p></section></text><history>1988, c. 592.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
