						<section><p>It is unlawful for any person to take or catch <span class="dictionary">fish</span>, <span class="dictionary">shellfish</span>, or <span class="dictionary">marine organisms</span>, on or within 500 yards below the Chickahominy Dam at Walker&#x2019;s, on the Chickahominy River, other than with rod and line or hand line.</p><p>A violation of this section is a Class 3 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 28-88.4; 1950, p. 471; 1956, c. 325; 1962, c. 406, &#xA7; 28.1-80; 1992, c. 836.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
