						<section><p>Any person who knowingly, intentionally, or negligently violates any <span class="dictionary">order</span>, rule, or regulation of the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> or of a wetlands board, any provision of this chapter or of a coastal primary sand dune zoning <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span> enacted pursuant to this chapter, or any provision of a permit granted pursuant to this chapter is guilty of a Class 1 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span>. Following a <span class="dictionary">conviction</span>, every day the violation continues is a separate <span class="dictionary">offense</span>.</p></section></text><history>1992, c. 836.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
