						<section><p>Every member of the <span class="dictionary">fire company</span> shall, upon any alarm of fire or call of a medical emergency, attend according to the <span class="dictionary">ordinances</span> of the county, city, or town, or the bylaws, rules, or regulations of the <span class="dictionary">fire department</span> or the <span class="dictionary">fire company</span>&#x2019;s regulations, and endeavor to extinguish such fire or assist in the medical emergency.</p></section></text><history>Code 1919, &#xA7; 3123; 1970, c. 187; 2001, c. 142; 2015, cc. 502, 503.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
