						<section><p>Any (i) holder of <span class="dictionary">revenue bonds</span>, notes, <span class="dictionary">bond</span> anticipation notes, other notes, or other obligations of the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> issued under the provisions of this article or any of the coupons appertaining to any such obligation and (ii) trustee under any trust agreement, except to the extent that such rights are restricted by any resolution authorizing the issuance of, or any such trust agreement securing, such bonds or other obligations, may, either at <span class="dictionary">law</span> or in <span class="dictionary">equity</span>, by suit, action, mandamus, or other proceedings, (a) protect and enforce all rights under the <span class="dictionary">laws</span> of the Commonwealth or such resolution or trust agreement and (b) enforce and compel the performance of all duties required by this article or by such resolution or trust agreement to be performed by the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> or any officer, employee, or agent of the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span>, including the fixing, charging, and collecting of the rates, rents, fees, and charges authorized by this article and required by the provisions of such resolution or trust agreement to be fixed, charged, and collected.</p></section></text><history>1972, c. 686, &#xA7; 23-30.52; 2016, c. 588.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
