						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">Court</span> of the City of Richmond has exclusive <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> over any suit brought in the Commonwealth against the Authority, and process in such suit shall be served either on the State Comptroller or on the chairman of the Authority.</p></section></text><history>1964, c. 607, &#xA7; 23-30.38; 1966, c. 685; 2016, c. 588.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
