						<section><p>Chapter 489 of the Acts of Assembly of 1926, approved March 25, 1926, and codified as &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;992(1)-992(13) of Michie Code 1942, authorizing the <span class="dictionary">governing boards</span> of certain public <span class="dictionary">institutions</span> of higher education to <span class="dictionary">issue</span> certificates of indebtedness to raise funds for dormitory construction purposes, and Chapter 61 of the Acts of Assembly of 1928, approved February 28, 1928, relating to similar certificates, are continued in effect.</p><p>&#xA7;&#xA0;23-30; 2016, c. 588.</p></section></text><metadata></metadata></law>
