						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">person</span> who opens, operates or conducts any <span class="dictionary">school</span> without a license required by this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 2 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span>. Each day such <span class="dictionary">person</span> permits the <span class="dictionary">school</span> to be open and operate without such a license shall constitute a separate <span class="dictionary">offense</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 22-330.31; 1970, c. 665; 1980, c. 559; 2004, c. 991.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
