						<section><p>If to be sold, such refunding <span class="dictionary">bonds</span> may be sold at public or private sale, as in the <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> of the board of viewers may seem best, provided that such refunding <span class="dictionary">bonds</span> may be sold below par only if a like par amount of the <span class="dictionary">bonds</span> to be refunded may be retired at a price correspondingly below par, it being the <span class="dictionary">intent</span> hereof that in no event shall there be issued an amount of refunding <span class="dictionary">bonds</span> larger than the par amount of <span class="dictionary">bonds</span> refunded thereby.</p></section></text><history>1934, p. 4; Michie Code 1942, &#xA7; 1777a; 1954, c. 642.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
