						<section><p>If no objection is made in any sale of land within thirty days after the date of sale, and the purchase price has been paid, the clerk of the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> of the county wherein the land lies shall convey to the purchaser the land sold by special warranty deed receiving therefor the fee provided by <span class="dictionary">law</span> for the conveyance of land sold for delinquent taxes.</p><p>Such conveyances shall be indefeasible to the same extent as a conveyance by a special commissioner acting under <span class="dictionary">court</span> appointment, and all persons having actual or constructive notice of the sale shall be precluded by such conveyance from thereafter objecting to the sale.</p></section></text><history>Code 1919, &#xA7; 1771; 1924, p. 712; 1926, p. 622; 1936, p. 1037.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
