						<section><p>Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as depriving the <span class="dictionary">court</span> of the power of reopening the proceedings in any case after the approval of the final report and before the letting of the <span class="dictionary">contract</span> in accordance with &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Notice of time and place of letting contract; bids" href="/21-349/">21-349</a>, in <span class="dictionary">order</span> to make such changes in the plans as may be necessary to an economical or cheaper completion of the work, provided, such reopening is upon ten days&#x2019; notice to all parties.</p></section></text><history>Code 1919, &#xA7; 1756; 1926, p. 614.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
