						<section><p>The method proposed to be used by a commission for treating and disposing of <span class="dictionary">sewage</span> and <span class="dictionary">industrial wastes</span> so as to prevent the <span class="dictionary">pollution</span> of the <span class="dictionary">waters of the district</span>, and any substantial change in such methods, shall, before being finally adopted or used by the commission, be approved by the State Health Commissioner as effective and satisfactory for the purpose intended.</p></section></text><history>1946, p. 360; Michie Suppl. 1946, &#xA7; 1560iii14.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
